Every host undergoes a structured verification process before their profile is activated.

Identity Verification

We verify your government-issued identity document or passport to confirm that you are who you say you are.

This helps eliminate fake identities and protects both visitors and other hosts.

Address Verification

We verify your residential address using supporting documentation.

Address verification provides additional confidence that hosts can be contacted and are genuinely based in the areas they claim to serve.

Criminal Record Check

Where required, hosts submit a recent Criminal Record Clearance Certificate.

This is an important trust measure, particularly for hosts providing services such as:

Applicants who do not yet have a Criminal Record Clearance Certificate may complete the remainder of their onboarding and submit the certificate within three months of registration.
